You have the right to return the product you have purchased from our e-shop within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt, in the following cases.
If you identify a problem with the product, please contact us immediately and follow our instructions to replace it. When, following inspection, it is established that the product is defective by fault of its manufacturer, we will immediately send you a new product to replace it. If, following inspection, it is not established that the product is defective, the product will be returned to the customer and shipping and return costs shall be borne by the customer.
In case of a defective product, shipping and return costs shall be borne by our company.
Incorrect order by customer
In case of an incorrect order, it is advisable to contact us by phone for the replacement of the product. The product must be in its original factory packaging, which must be intact. Returns of special order products are not accepted. Before placing your order, please confirm its accuracy. Return and replacement shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Incorrect order execution by Jambacopy
In case that by fault of our company or one of our suppliers an incorrect or seemingly incompatible product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Do not make any attempt to install or modify the product, without prior communication with us, as it will not be possible to return it later. Return and replacement shipping costs shall be borne by our company.
Products to be returned must meet all the following terms.
Products must be shipped within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Products must be in their original factory packaging and in the exact condition you received them. In case of an incorrect order placed by a customer or incorrect execution, products should also feature intact packaging. If the original factory packaging is missing or otherwise tampered, it will not be possible to refund the product.
Returns should only be made via our partner, ACS Courier. Returns sent via other courier service companies or the Hellenic Post shall not be accepted.
Exception: Regarding to transactions with other European countries, except Greece, free return and re-shipment is not possible. Shipping costs are borne solely by the customer. The return of the product can be done with any transport company chosen by the customer and the re-shipment will be done with the transport company we are cooperating. The terms of return, regarding the time margin and the condition of the package and the product, must be observed in any case.
